Well, big changes can be hard to stick to, just think about all those Monday’s where you have vowed to start that new diet or to not work outside of offices hours! Simple swaps are a great way to make small changes to your everyday life which add up to a big difference over time. If you start off with just one and ground that change into your daily life, slowly over time it will become a habit which you don’t even need to think about!
